1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and god55sg ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services available at https://god55sg.cam and any associated mobile applications or subdomains.

2. Definitions

3. Account Eligibility

2. You are acting on your own behalf, as an individual, and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual may register only one Account on god55sg. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. god55sg accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

4.2 KYC Documentation Requirements

Before any withdrawal may be processed, and at any point the Platform deems appropriate, Players are required to complete KYC verification by submitting the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport);
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three months;

god55sg does not accept deposits sourced from credit facilities, unauthorised overdrafts, or funds obtained through illegal means. Processing times for deposits are generally instant for e-wallet and DuitNow methods, and approximately 5 to 15 minutes for FPX bank transfers, subject to individual bank processing times.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made by Players whose Accounts are in good standing, whose KYC verification is complete and approved, and who have fulfilled all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Account without notice.

8. Gaming Rules & Fair Use

All casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, and sports betting markets on god55sg are governed by individual Game Rules displayed within each product. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific Game Rules, the specific Game Rules will prevail for that game or market.

Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and UFC events — are subject to market-specific rules covering settlement, in-play betting, void conditions, and fixture result confirmation. These rules are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or manifest error affecting a game outcome, god55sg reserves the right to void the affected wagers. In the case of a manifest error in odds — including incorrectly displayed odds, system errors, or human input mistakes — god55sg reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds and return stakes to Players.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the god55sg Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all pending withdrawals and balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account credentials;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers;
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or manifest pricing errors in any game or sports market;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or any form of coordinated advantage play designed to circumvent the integrity of the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties in live dealer games, poker, or any other multi-player format;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity;
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name to deposit or withdraw funds;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while representing yourself as being located elsewhere.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the god55sg Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, written content, software, and database structures, is the exclusive intellectual property of god55sg or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from god55sg.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, god55sg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical outages, payment processing delays, or third-party system failures.

god55sg's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable measures to ensure continuous availability, god55sg does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

god55sg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player is in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• The Player is engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct;
• The Account is subject to a regulatory investigation or law enforcement inquiry;
• The Platform has reason to suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request;
• A Player has requested self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gambling programme.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than fraud or breach of Terms, any verified remaining Deposited Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon Account closure.

13. Responsible Gambling

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12. 16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of god55sg shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The parties agree that any dispute shall first be submitted to god55sg's internal complaints process before any external escalation.

To submit a formal complaint, Players should contact the support team via Live Chat or by email at the address provided in Clause 17. god55sg will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, Players may seek recourse through applicable consumer protection mechanisms available in their jurisdiction.
